The settlement opportunity identified by the Municipality of Casalmaggiore is the brownfield private property of 4,700 square meters "Ex Casalmaggiore Hospital".

In addition to the realization of urbanization works related to the reconstruction of the road surface and of the road signs close to the former hospital, the Municipality aims to carry out marketing and promotion actions.

• Provides for an IMU [municipal property tax] + TASI [municipal tax on community services] tax rate of 7,64‰ in the areas identified.
• Provides a TARI [waste disposal tax] exemption for the first two years from the settlement.
• Provides reimbursement of IMU and TASI debits and credits.
