The proposed intervention foresees the construction of a nursing home for the elderly and Alzheimer's patients for a total of 125 places. The area is owned by the municipality and has a surface area of 7,870 sqm and a GFA of 9,000 sqm, ad it’s equipped with all the main sub-services. The sale of the land will be managed through public tender. The project envisages a central building, divided into distinct functional units with pertinent accessories. The project includes parking, laundry, kitchen, morgue, canteen, reception, offices, protected roof garden.
