To relate the recovery project of the former school complex in Via IV Novembre to its context (the historic center of Lesmo) in order to promote an osmotic-type urban regeneration project, the interventions include:
- Pedestrianization of the historic center by eliminating the crossing traffic that has no origin and internal destination
- Building rehabilitation of the former town hall both from the typological (buildings) and morphological (connection spaces) point of view and from the functional point of view
- New square in Via IV Novembre to equip the Municipality with a real square, with functions not only for aggregation of its citizens but with operational functions as the seat of the municipal market
- Regeneration of the former school building The type of building to be built as a replacement is a 'C ' building with an open court on Via IV Novembre to form a courtyard / square.
