Description

The urban regeneration project covers a land area of approximately 52,000 sqm, with green spaces and parking areas already transferred to the Municipal Administration.

The covered surface of the planned buildings ranges from approximately 12,000 sqm to 20,000 sqm (GFA of 30,000 sqm with a mezzanine), with a height of about 10-12 meters. However, the Municipal Administration is open to accommodating urban planning needs, with a preference for hosting high-tech activities by the end user.

It is a production-designated area, well served by the electrification system and located along the Brembo River, which offers potential for water exploitation.

The development has not yet been built. Therefore, it can still be customized to perfectly match the final user's productivity requirements.

These customizations will help define the site plan layout, building heights, and overall volumetric arrangement.
