The Project will be developed within a strategically expanding area, benefiting from its proximity to the "Capriate" exit of the A4 Milan-Venice highway. The entrance to the project site will feature a wide access road, while the site itself can be divided into various sections. The project area covers approximately 40,000 square meters, with a buildable covered area of about 18,000 square meters. The new development will reach heights of up to 12 meters and, if required, could include mezzanine spaces. There will be suitable yards designated for loading and unloading goods via loading docks.
Suisio is a municipality in the province of Bergamo, in the western area, adjacent to the Adda River and bordering the province of Monza Brianza. The territory it belongs to is called the "Isola Bergamasca" because it is situated between the Adda River to the west, the Brembo River to the east, and enclosed by the Monte Canto hill to the north.
