the area. There are strong synergies with other industrial sectors: food (nutraceuticals, food products for specific
rehabilitation, for the elderly, packaging for the disabled). The Lombard
Life Sciences cluster aims to create an innovation system at regional and national level, and is the engine for regional
innovation in the Life Science sector.
